I had booked sgr enterprise from home triangle for deep cleaning of our Faber chimney. Where a person came home on
15 March 2023 and took away our chimney and asked to pay 1800 as advance. After the payment was made till date this person is not responding to our calls or messages. Everytime when I try contacting him from a new no. As soos as he comes to knw that it is who ve called him, he blocks the no. Immediately. When I called up home triangle, they person called Ramya said that she will talk to him and then she also stopped responding to my msg and calls. After trying for n no. Of times she is saying that she cannot help us. If home triangle books a service for public then it shld be there responsibility to take care of the consumers goods and make sure that they do not get cheated.
Plz help us in getting back our chimney.
