Here i am getting a call from a such emloyee from ypur company who has my
Order id with my mobile no and what i buy from homeshop 18 with how much of rupess, he has told me you win some lottary regarding 12, 50, 000/- rs for that you must have to deposit some 1% tax of rs 12, 500/- which i feel its a fraud call which one contacting me, i have his mobile no with such recordoing his mobile no was [protected] his name n k agrawal. For that i want to know how my all contacting details with my address and shopping items and all the details how they know. Its very serious issue which create bed impression in customer mind regards your company.

I hope so you will take neccessary action regard this matter and do need full.

From last few days i am receiving fake calls that i have won tata safari from homeshop 18 for my last perches and asking me to remit vehicle delivery charges in some bank account.       This is regarding the order number [protected] which was ordered by my mother. Instead of sending sarees, you guys have delivered suits and now your customer care is not returning the money. Just making false promises that they will send the sarees. Can you please refund our amount. Dont extort and cheat us like this. The order was placed last week and inspite of giving calls to customer care everyday, they are refusing to return the money.

      Homeshop18 shipped defected product against order number: [protected] on 5 sep 2017. homeshop18 is not respond to my complaint. I complained to company regularly from 5 sep 2017 to 11 sep 2017 from my mobile.
      I send all picture of defected product 3 to 4 time but they are not responding me.
      please take action againt homeshop18.

          I ordered clovia bra and panties set worth rs. 999 and shipping charges rs. 150.i received entirely different product as shown on T. V. I made a complaint and asked to refund my amount paid to them as I have no more trust on them. But they refused to pay the money and instead asked me to take coupon of the same amount. I no longer want to shop with homeshop 18 in future. They are fraud and make the public fool by showing best product on T. V. But not sending the same product. They send very cheap product and that too in damage condition.

            My first purchase in homeshop 18. I entered my details in homeshop 18 app and bought a night suit (I actually received a nighty, however thats not my complaint).

            Saturday 16th september morning i receive a call from a person calling from homeshop 18 noida office ([protected]), saying you are the lucky winner of a car worth 12 lakhs and to redeem it in cash he asked for bank account details. It was clear that it was a fake/spam call hence i disconnected immediately.

            Now my concern is he knew all the details mentioned in homeshop18, my name, number, where i stay etc. This is a serious security concern where either homeshop18 has shared all my details to external parties or homeshop18 is hacked and all its customer details are out there and getting used by unethical spammers to loot them. I was well aware of such calls and hence got away unhurt, but if it was someone else he/she could have lost all his/her money because of this sheer negligence from homeshop18. I am going to lodge a fir against homeshop18, but before that i wanted to hear from the legal team of homeshop18 if they have to say anything on this or maybe you are already aware and just don't care of your customer details.

            This was my first purchase in homeshop18, where i have received a wrong product, i do not see any return option in homeshop18 app and the price in the invoice i received on delivery shows 297 after taxes, where as i paid 349 after 52 discount (Free shipping). So obviously after my first and worst experience i will never shop again and will recommend everyone to stay away from homeshop18. They are making money by selling their customer details.

            We would like to assure you that Homeshop18 does not share any personal or account related information identifying a customer, with any person/s or agencies.

            Homeshop18 never asks customers to deposit money into any account and if TDS has to be paid it only needs to be paid into Company’s official account. If you faced these issues on calls, you may lodge an FIR either with the Police or Cyber cell.

              I purchase 1 item through #homeshop18, suborder[protected]. It was not working, so i raise the complain next day of receiving the product.
              They sending me the service center number.
              If i purchase a new product & the product is not working then its should be return by the homeshop18. Then why they sending me the service center no.
              They only fool the customer... Government make the strick policy for these fraud online shopping companies.

                I have ordered kavya jewellery set from home shop 18. 2 sarees were free with this order. But they send me defected jewellery and different sarees. They never send that product which they shows on tv. The quality of the product is worst. I am not satisfied with it. It is not the first time. They always do the same thing. Every order which i placed on homeshop18 has some defect.

                  My wife oreder for home shop he delivered my product. But home shop gave my all personal details other person. Who call my wife and tell u won some prizes u send money 8000 rupess. And he call again n again and talk very dirty. How homeshop give my personal details somebody?

                    I had placed the order on 25th/06/2017, received the product on 6/7/2017awb no 81289275 via safe express, later i called up to home shop for return of my 30pc organizer set, i was told to wait because status was showing i i had rejected the product, calling for many times i was told to send photo snaps of the product which i received through watsap i sent, later i received two pic up confirmation msg from home shop one is for my order for 30 pc, no [protected] & another order no[protected] for 60 pc organizer set via delivery. I told about the two pic up msg to home shop and i was told to ignore another msg. As the courier boy was confused, he he picked up my product but gave[protected] orders receipt i didn't check that. When i asked for return pick up msg status was not updated since the order no is not matching. I fed up going through all this& called up many times and was assured to resolve the problem but till date my problem is not yet solved my money is not refunded n number of complaint is received and registered this is the worst experience i had with the home shop 18 i never had such experience with any other shopping sites. I thinning to complain to the consumer court

                      I have ordered clovia women's polyamide swimwear set - blue-m. Seller: purple panda fashions private limited on 17th august.
                      Step 2: i have received a bra instead of clovia women's polyamide swimwear set - blue-m on[protected]

                      Step 3: i called customer care. They have told they will give coupon for 99 rupees for their mistake. Then they told me to return the product. Then they said they will refund 90% of money. I have registered my bank account number through ivrs. Ifsc code and bank name.

                      Step 4: i have repacked the wrong product and sent to the given address by professional courier on 24th august 2017
                      Step 5: i have sent scanned copy of courier details.
                      Step 6: i sent mail regarding this case to customer care.
                      Step 6: i am getting reply as follows always and not getting refunded so far.

Ltd. 13, basement, savita vihar, new delhi, delhi[protected] gst no:- 07aaecr1946f1zg invoice no:- rjsi/17-18/00274) and my registered mobile:-[protected] i've delivered my order on 12/09/17 order i'd:- [protected] but i saw it is bad condition then, i contact his complaint helpline number... After that he sent me a complaint no:-hs[protected]. But doing so did not make any difference, i have no haearing from there. Please replace it. My earliest hearing. It will be so kind of you.

                          We have purchased one hand stitched machine from home shop 18 after paying rs.1300/- in cash. Felix buy handi stitiching machine, plus travel iron and linked remover free (Code 3443757). However, the machine is not working since delivered. Order no. [protected].

                          Since then, we have been contacting on phone no. [protected] but neither they have agreed to replace the same nor taken the item back.

                          It seems that home shop is making fool of people by supplying defective pieces being collected by them from various stores.

                          This is really disturbing people like me who is at an old age and suffering from illness. They are looting hard earned money of people by this way.
                          I would request to you to kindly take up the issue with the home shop 18 so as to enable me to get my hard earned money back.

                            Muje 28th august ko peoduct ka delivery order [protected] mila. Product wrong thato mene call kar ke return ki baat ki usi din. 2 din baad return le gaye. Payment return karne ki samne se unhone baat with in 3 to 4 days. Lekin 4 din baad payment return na mila to mene fir se call kiya or mujse fir se 4 din baad milega kaha. Mene total 10 din intzar kiya still date on 11th september ko payment nahi bheja. Or mene bahit kuchh kahene par blhi fir se 4 din extend kiye or muje 14th september ko return ki baat ki.

                            Agar muje 14th ko payment nahi mila to me police fir karne jana padega.

                              I had received the order no - [protected] on 04/09/2017 but the consignment is incomplete. There is small lid and wistel was not sent. I had raised the complaint on the same date and got the information that the same will be sent to my address. The order no - [protected] has been generated against the same. After few days when we call on your customer care number to confirm the status of the order. We came to know that the order is canceled and you are sending the rs. 300/- coupon which are still not received at my end. I don't want any coupon, i want only lid and wistel if not possible then refund my money.

                              The order has been booked by my family member (Satvir kour) and when we complaints you forcefully told that only coupon will be given. Why my money will not be refunded if your company will not fulfill the order after taking money.

                              I had a word at your customer care number and they upfrontly denied to provide the missing parts or refund only said will give coupon only as per company policy.

                              This is called cheating and your company is opening doing cheating with the consumer and i will not spare your company on this. This will led towards raising complaint in front of honorable court of jammu and kashmir under consumer protection act.

                              This is my humble request to send me the lid and wistel or refund my whole money as your company has failed to fulfill my order as advertised and which i had ordered.

                              I will wait for your revert till 12/09/2017 with one of the said request fulfill otherwise none receipt will force me to take a legal action aganist your company because this is not the first time it happens. Your company has cheated me in the past too and all the documents and records are with me which i will furnish in front of honorable court for justice and and take strict action against your company.

                              Hope will get the positive response.

                              I am received ved fake the number [protected] & [protected] regarding refund if amount. They have taken my numbers from this website and make me call for refund. Asking me to give me your bank account number or credit card number for refund of amount. I know very well about such calls so it's a request not to put your contact numbers while raising complaints.

                                I received call from sonu kumar [protected] stating i won a car / 12, 80, 000 and i should pay service charges 5500 to their manager's account number, not company's account. Looked fishy.

                                My question is that how did this fraudster got my details - phone #, address, product purchased and the amount paid?

                                There is someone either at homeshop18 or courier company who delivered has shared this information to this fraudster.

We would request you not to fall prey to any fictitious offers / lottery winnings or Promotions through letters, e-mails, phone calls and SMSs etc.

                                Homeshop18 never asks customers to deposit money into any account and if TDS has to be paid it only needs to be paid into Company’s official account. If you faced these issues on calls, you may lodge an FIR either with the Police or Cyber cell.

                                  The items, cook& serve bowls, received are too small in size and are of no use to me. The items were displayed in the homeshop18 tv program on 25/08/2017. The displayed items in tv program appeared much bigger in size and suitable to me. Also, the quality of steel bowls are very poor. Hence, request pick up and return of the product and refund of money at the earliest.

                                  Vide my earlier complaint against the subject order no. Wherein i clearly stated the reason regarding the bowl size, quality of steel which differs from my actual requirement and requested return and refund of money after pick up. I am extremely sorry to say that the item is still awaiting for pick up. Homeshop 18 enquirerd on 07/09/17 regarding the status of pick up and the actual status"pending" has been communicated over phone no.[protected] at 6.07 pm on 07/09/17. As on date (08/09/17), the item is still awaiting for pick up. I request to do needful at the earliest.

                                    I ordered 2 sets of Handi Set, red and blue color for Rs.1199 each from HomeShop18 previous year. 1 set which is of blue color is defective. I had made complain against it and in reply they told me to return the set on terms of giving me coupon of Rs 1199 for next free shopping which will be expired on Nov 2026.
                                    Unluckily my mobile phone got damaged and i lost that coupon code.
                                    Now I called them back asking the coupon code again, but they are not sending me code saying that the code is expired. Also my name and my order is registered there.
                                    I request to provide my money back and I assure that that was my last shopping from that show or site.
                                    I request a needful action against this.

                                      My micromax canvas selfie is frequently restarting from yesterday. It's the worst service ever given by you'll. Please fix this problem as soon as possible. And when i try to switch it off and when i on it, it works after 15 to 20 minutes later. Normally things bought from you are good but in this case it sucks.                                         I have been defrauded by homeshop

                                        I ordered for 2 (Two) detak handsfree and slimming belts[protected] but i have been delivered miss belt and that too only 1 (One).

                                        They should be banned.
