WE GOT A MESSAGE ON 12/8/14 THAT PRODUCT BE SENT TO US AND WE WOULD SENT YOU FRESH PRODUCT AND WE WOULD ALSO PAY THE COURIER CHANGES.
THE PRODUCT WAS WAS SENT THROUGH COURIER ON 26/8/2014 AND UPON CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT ON THEIR PART, WE RECEIVED A REFUND OF RS.80/-INCURRED AS COURIER EXPENSES
AFTER THAT I HAVE CONTACTED THEM MANY A TIMES BUT NEITHER REPLACEMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED NOR THE PRICE OF PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN PAID
UPON EVERY CALL, THE ANSWER IS WAIT FOR 2-DAYS AS IT IS UNDER PROCESS
MORE THAN 10 WEEKS HAVE PASSED BUT IN VAIN
