Sir, I have ordered for a spice mobile from home shop 18 .But when i recieved it, therebis a defect in the mobile. The defect is that it does not show any network in the moblie.When i contacted the customare care they told us to go to spice care but unfortunately they told us that they also even cannot help us . So, sir please help me in this regard.
I am sending the Retail invoice as a proof of purchase.
