I ordered a lotus youth rx anti aging kit of rs.1049 from the website of homeshop18 on dated 6th of july 2019. I paid for the same through netbanking at the very moment as they were offering a free delivery charges if paid online. I got confirmation message on my mobile with an order id : [protected] and delivery date was 13th of july 2019 as mentioned in the message. But after few days when i tried to track order on their website the delivery date was postponed to 20th july 2019. Again it was delayed to 23rd july, then to 25th, then to 26th, then to 27th july. After that i tried a lot to contact their customer service numbers but i couldn't get any contact. For 2 days all of their toll-free number were not even available. Last 2 to 3 days i was trying to contact them, finally their numbers were ringing but always i got a computerised answer of "all our customer service executives are busy attending phone call... Please stay online". There is no message or no phone call to me from their end. So today in the morning i cancelled my order. They immediately generateed cancelled order and refunded status in my account's "track order page" of their website. But the refund i have not received till now, neither have i got any refund related message from the website. Now i am feeling like being cheated. I would have selected cash on delivery option while paying but i often purchase on online platforms by paying online. Inspired by our beloved pm's digital india campaign me and my husband usually do online transactions. Now onwards i will become extra careful while purchasing online and sorry to our pm, but we can't trust anybody anymore where such cheater companies are there, one can not support such initiatives. Being a responsible citizen i thought of complaining the issue so that others get a lesson from our suffering and mistake. Finally if my issue is not resolved immediately i'm going to forward this message to pmo. Hopefully the issue will be resolved as early as possible. Below i am attaching the relevant proofs.
