I recently ordered a product which was to be delivered by 12th January. The product was delivered before that and taken by my son. I on reaching back saw that the product was defective and nothing like they showed on tv. Now the Home Shop 18 isn't taking any action for this. A total fraud, they had done this 6 years ago as well.
