This is with reference to order number [protected] made on 14th Sept in your Home Town center at Ambiance Mall, Gurgaon. This order consisted of 1 Lounger-Sofa and 2 Ottomans. The delivery date mentioned at time of order was mentioned as 25/27th September '14. I was very particular in saying that there should not be delays as I have to travel out in next days.
Despite the clear instruction and later calls made to your customer care, the lounger was delivered only on 28th Sept 2014. The due date for Ottomans were rescheduled to 30th Sept and on that date, only one Ottoman was brought to my home. I refused to take any more partial delivery and asked customer care once again to deliver items as promised.
Today on 1st Oct, when I called the customer care again, I was told that the items would be delivered only by 5th or 6th of October. This is absolutely unacceptable. Also Since I am travelling out today and am not back till 9th October, I cannot take the delivery after today.
Please let me know why I should not take any action against HomeTown for such shabby service. Was this information helpful? |
