In spite of verbal promises the product has still not been delivered ?????? I seriously don’t understand how can a whole bunch of team can afford to be HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and still manage to work with dignity.
I religiously urge someone to look into the matter immediately and fire the staffs involved in this classic game of false promises and run around to customer.

I am feeling really bad to use the word “Pathetic” here, but I can assure you would be cognizant of my thought when you hear the progress on this issue. After I wrote an Emil to you on 26th Aug’14, someone called me to inform that, they would not deliver the product even on 27th Aug’14 rather they will deliver sometime next Week with no definite date.
This is absolutely RIDICULES.
Can you do something about it ????????????????????????????????????

Now I understand the reason of poor customer service displayed at lower level .. when an escalation mechanism is so poor what I could have possible expected from sales man in store who sold a good on account of mere misrepresentation about delivery time.

Dear Sir/Mam,
This is regarding the following transaction made at Marathalli, Bangalore “Home Town” store wherein I was given absolutely a false information just with an intention to sell a shoe rack. I was an immediate need of a shoe rack, however salesman convinced me to sell it off with a promise to get it delivered in 4 working days.
When I called up on 5th working day 21st Aug) to call center @[protected], I spoke to Ajay and he asked me to wait for another 6 working day for me to get the product. I am highly disappointed to witness such unprofessionalism displayed by store staffs just in order to sell off the product. I fail to understand, this way neither store nor the brand can expect loyalty from a customer.
