HomeTown — Sofa not being Delivered even after 2 weeks of booking from HomeTown Dahisar

We had booked a sofa on ?26th July with the details mentioned below. We were told the sofa will be delivered in next 3-5 days or even if there are any delays in warehouse it will be delivered and assembled by 9th Aug-14. While booking the sofa it was made very clear the delivery of the same needs to be done only on a Saturday since that's the only day me or my wife will be available. This was readily agreed on booking. However for the last 2 weeks there as not been any communication from HomeTown and on calling we are told 9th Aug delivery is not possible.The sofa is priced at Rs 60, 000 and we expect better service from HomeTown.
