We had got our bathroom done from Home Town few years back & even then it was THE MOST FRUSTRATING experience. In any case, at that time we had got the bathroom enclosure, with tub.
Since it had started leaking from sides, we thought of getting the enclosure fixed on floor. Home Town sent the technician after few repeat calls. This person took visit fee, money for purchasing material. In the meantime, we got the base made, as required by him, for fixing up the enclosure, due to which the bathroom is out o[censored]se.
It is now more than two weeks, & this technician is not coming. We phone him up 10-20 times a day! He responds once. Every time he is giving some or the other reason-he has gone out of Delhi, death in family, shops closed so could not purchase material. Etc. etc.
Surprisingly, Home Town says our complaint is closed. Every time we point it out to them. They assure to correct it, but don't do it. There is no monitoring of complaints by Home Town, no caring for customer unhappiness, or inconvenience. I would like to give 5 star rating to Home Town, I.e. NEGATIVE 5 STAR if it is possible.
I tried to lodge complaint on Future group site too just now. At the end, I was asked to punch in a no. Seen in the picture. I did that & some screen appeared saying about some error. Nice way to avoid registering of complaint by Future Group!!
