I am complaining about the unsatisfactory service provided for furniture delivery of hometown store @homeland mall
The delivery was scheduled on 21st dec, no one appeared, neither called when we reached out to the customer care they said that our ph number was not reachable thus the delivery person has rescheduled the delivery to 22nd!
There was no call received in the primary or the alternate number.
We asked for the delivery contacts the customer care representative told us to contact at 10 am on 22nd.
We called at 10 am on 22nd the customer care person was confused they did not have details of when the delivery would occur told us to call at 12, we called at 12pm and asked for delivery poc, they told they cannot provide!
Now this is height of harassment, we bought furniture, was ready to accept it on day of delivery no one appeared, next day no one contacting we are following up proactively it does not make sense, we have made the full payment now it should not be our headache to get the product it should be the responsibility of the store to get the product deliver but the store-man says we are only co-ordinator!
Utterly disappointed, we cannot wait whole day for the delivery person to come!
Need the delivery and the fitting issues top be resolved asap
