[Subject: Complaint regarding offensive behaviour and misdeeds happening at the outlet]
Dear Sir/Mam,
This is to higlight incidents at one of your outlet where I have been dealt with very poorly by your store owner (Prateek Sethi) and specifically the store manager (Sushil Sharma), the customer service is so bad in fact that I felt it was worthy of this complaint. Every time that Mr Sushil Sharma serves me, I am made to feel that I am getting in his way, and he makes it obvious that he would rather be doing something else.
I feel that you should address this poor attitude as soon as possible. As a customer, I do not feel that I am wanted and could easily take my business to another store. It may be worth reminding Mr Sushil that its his job to resolve and attend customer queries politely and in professional manner. This one member of staff has put me off from entering your store again.
In addition to above, i am highlighting certain incidents as below:
Yesterday while doing documentation for purchasing Honda Activa Scooty, Sushil Sharma (Manager) misbehaved which was offensive and not a good sign of professionalism to treat a customer. As he was asking to sign on a blank paper so my father was little concerned and he straight away refused instead of explaining or to give some reason behind the same.
Also, we made a payment snd on asking for the receipt we were being denied to provide any payment confirmation receipt.
Also, today one of the other customer visited to the same showroom and asked one of the sales staff lady who assisted us yesterday (Poonam) to switch on the Air Conditioner as there was too much suffocation and she did the same, however it is adviced not to do as per the current situation of COVID and the owner (Prateek Sethi) fired her instead giving her a warning. Being a major scsle firm, we all know there are certain policies for employment and the termination, none of the organisation is permitted to fire someone straight forwardly that too on such a minor concern and there is a proper process to be followed. So, they shouldn't have done that as financial condition of the country and for all citizens as well because of the recent lockdown which the government has now lifted up.
It is a request to please do not reveal our identity as we are the recent buyers from the store.
I have heard from many in my surroundings and known about his such behaviour whoever visited the store. I do not feel that these two members of staff has any place on the store floor, where he can interact with members of public in this inappropriate behaviour. If you do decide that action needs to be taken against the member of staff, then I will gladly act as a witness in that action.
