Honda 2 Wheelers India — honda activa 5g clutch problem

I purchased activa 5g scooty in the month of november 2019, multiple times coming clutch problem, i have taken issue to the honda dealer, but no use problem not yet rectified, they are simply saying change the clutch it will charge around rs.2000/- but why should i pay i have another one service is pending. Please take this issue to the dealer and rectify the problem.
