i bought a honda activa from rajpal honda limited through CSD in indore,
the showroom is located near sapna sangeeta mall of indore, the veh was purchased in Apr month and accordingly i had paid the entire amt. The showroom personal Ms Neha had taken the documents and said that within amonth the registration of the vehicle and the Number will be given by the RTO office and same can be collected from the showroom
However ever since than no contact has been made by the company with me.
The behaviour of the staff in particular Mr Sandeep of the showroom is atrocious and lackadasical I had personally contavted him more than five times to enquire about the registration number and every time he said that he will come back after checking however no action has been taken.
The entire showroom appears to be a blot on the honda good name and I am hugely dissappointed with both the response and the attitude of MR sandeep and the showroom, ,
I dont expect that still any action will be taken as I have lost faith in the brand itself
