I Had a Problem with my piston on 3rd Feburary 2014. My bike's(cbr250) sound was damaged, I submitted the bike to the service center i.e Aradhna Honda Howrah Shibpur Feburary 4th But I have been facing lot of problems with the servicing. It’s going to be 8 months and the bike is worst condition it was kept in bike washing room for 1.5 months due to which all parts got rusted dull full of scratches and other damages.
I have called up the registered office for the complaint also but no response was there from their side also.
The executives from the service center are continuously saying the same thing from back 7 Months and I am fed up with the service of the company. They always give us a distinct date and when we visit the center, the bike is in same condition and they are ready with the same words as well
Such a bad service has been provided to me by the company that I am really fed up and In future, I will definitely not be buying any of the products of the Honda and suggest others what they did with me that you should not buy the same as well.
Its Been 7 months no works done yet but damaged my bike (rusting/scratches) and they are calling me up for advance payment for servicing. if they are unable to repair it kindly get my bike out of the service center in the condition i submitted my bike to the center ill get it repaired by a local mechanic.
I hope from your medium, I can get my work done as they have been harassing me up despite of my continuous nearby 50 visits to the service center, nothing has been done.
Please help me out to get rid of this issue.
