Honda — Reverse Sensor Damaged during servicing

Address: Deccan Honda, Satara Road, Pune, Pune, Maharashtra

Hello Team,
Last week My Honda City MH12JZ7965 was sent for servicing to Deccan Honda Satara road branch. When car was delivered to me the Reverse Sensor unit was completely damaged. When I talk with advisor (Nivas) he also confirmed it was damaged by them. But there is no action after 4 days. Kindly take it on serious note.

Attaching Images of Damaged Sensor unit. Also under full body wash how car is washed image is attached. These images were taken immediately after getting car from delivery boy.
