I was searching for part time jobs in aug 2020 so i applied on quickr. After that i got so many calls from different different companies but as i was needy and i looking for weekly payout companies. On 27th aug 2020 @10:41am i got whatsapp massage from +91 [protected] mr. Dhanush from honey technologies, he said that his company provide online work from home all over india which is free of cost with no registration fees. He shared me one profile of his company work where is mentioned that registration fees will be deducted by final payment rs 5200/- per month and 1000 form entries in 10 days, i was like confessed because work only for 10days and he will charge me rs.5200 per month when i ask to mr. Dhanush he said there is some correction in agreement you only need to pay once while your final payment. I was totally disagree with this verbal communication & massages and ask to change the agreement but he said that is not possible now but from next time it will be change, due to family responsibilities i thought lets try once.in agreement they are also mentioned that the account will be terminated in some multiple login condition. I start my work on 29/08/2020 on my laptop only and i enjoy the work, on 05/09/20 at around 9:00 pm i start my work again i login and continuously i do my work till 12:40am 6/09/2020. I was done around 600 entries and i submit the entry and waiting for another form within a second i got notification and my account was automatically blocked the notification was “block account due to multiple login”, i was totally shocked i drop the massage to mr. Dhanush that he resolve this issue at morning but he is not responding to massages & phone calls, even his support team numbers also switched off near by 1 week i also draft the official support email to his helpline email. But still no response. Mr. Dhanush massage me after 8 days & he said your account is blocked due multiple login, which is not like that i explain all the things to him.
I called to his support team again and the shocking thing was before a day i trying to contact his team by another number the number was switched off. And same day of dhanush massage the all number was working for some time. When i ask the reason behind no support they said his whole staff was quarantine due to covide 19 virile infection. They says you have to repair your account that will be chargeable & refundable of rs.7200/-. I refuse to pay and i said that was not my fault i was not done any type of multiple login please check by your end she said yes you was login last 9:16pm on 05/9/20 and my account was blocked at 12:40am on 06/09/20, then his support staff said ok i will check that our end & call back to me, but till date i don’t receive any call and reply on email officially. But mr. Dhanush massage me & forcing me to pay amount otherwise they will file case on me against the section 73, 74, 75 of technical glitech legal actions.
I request to indian consumer court please take this matter in very serious way this company fraud to people and forcing to pay money.
