Honeywell — Air purifiers

Purchased a purifier in Jan 2023, used it for about 3 months till date as we have been traveling. The motherboard has failed twice and the company takes 2-3 weeks to make repairs under warranty.
It's a faulty product and no other support is provided by the company. Have requested for a replacement of the faulty product with an offer to pay differential if they provide me another (better) product or a refund of the payment i made.
The company doesn't respond till multiple follow-ups are made or strong emails are sent to them. The purifier is still lying with us with the motherboard to be replaced since last 1.5 weeks.
Request intervention to get us a refund or a replacement.
