I am tushar patel from rajkot, gujrat.
I had sign up with mr. Bhrugesh thakur md of hopewell solution situated at 301, garden view complex, opp. Kala ghoda circle, baroda for bsnl non voice project, total agreement value was 287000 and i had paid 80500/- at the time of nda through check, maximum time to be taken for sla with end client was 21 days according to them, our agreement had signed on 11 of july 2017.
After receiving payment they stopped answering my phone call and messages.
Its almost 40 days so we have initiated the legal procedures. I am requesting
You guys dont go to this company for any kind of process otherwise you will
Regret for your hard earned money
Anyone other who has been cheated by this company can contact me on [protected] i will share with you agreement copy.
Pls guys dont go to this company they will 100% loot you

I don't think so Tushar Patel your problem is resolved, u did a mistake taking back saying ur problem has been resolved, these types of people who cheat taking others hard earned money and enjoy there life.. Their company should be black listed.. they are just looting ppl in lakhs..

I[censored]r problem is not resolved please take back your good opinion about this company.

Right now this person open a new company in the name of KB solution
I made them payment after making the payment they are not responding any of my call

Hello, Mr. Partha saradhi

they are absolutely fraud company they don't have any project, we got lost our money and If you go there i m sure u will be too. and I m not alone there are 4 other clients who lost their money, and currently there is cheating case has been filed against them and their all bank accounts got freeze. I think this is enough info to you to not to go there.

have you gone nut. Mr. Burgesh Thakur is a national fraud. Me & Mr reddy has filed police complain in cyber cell, Bangalore. their account has been freezed. I have come to know that one more guy (Name withheld) is going to file police complain from Hyderabad. Tushar ch has been bounced.so he will also file 138 case soon. (Hope so). This man and his company has gone to dump. His staff samuel, nikhilesh, jiya sharma and karishma all are the same. Now they will change their name and again start fresh frauds with different set of people.

Hello Mr. Ajay Reddy this is Vishal Reddy from hyderabad, I have been facing the same problem since 29 of June what should I do now ? And what about your case status? Have you got your money back. I have paid total amount of 2, 09, 000 I have got no response from him. Give me any suggestion!

I have a small company these people are given a commitment that they are providing inbound process so I close my running process I don't know what to do and I don't have right nowany kind of processes to work now
