Dear Sir,

Sub : Complaint - Medical Charges – Pavithra Hospital – Chennai – 600 118.

My wife has met one small fire accident on 23.02.2013 23.45 p.m. and I have taken her in our near by hospital, M/s. Pavithra Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., No.7, Ethiraj Swamy Salai, Erukkencherry, Chennai – 600 118 on 24.02.013 12.10 a.m.

They have provided the first aid and admitted the hospital in the same day. After 6 days they have discharged her on 01.03.2013. At the time of discharge they have given the bill including medical bill for 60,000/-.

1. ICU Room Rent Rs.2,000 for 2 days – The Room does not contain any medical equipment equal to store room.
2. Collagen Application Dressing charges – 20,000/- - Dressing made in the ordinary room and all the dressing materials purchased by us.

I Request you to take a complaint regarding the above and take necessary action the same in above hospital.
