Hosre — not delivered my order

1st I have ordered black formal pant 5 nos but without calling me my order has been sent back to seller through only massage in came to know..according to massage delivery date was 8th August 19.
Secondly I have ordered puma t shirt blue colour 5 nos but without calling me again sent back through massage only I came to know very disappointed as I am a regular customer of Amazon..but loosing trust know.
