Hoss Global Inc — Publishing discount offers wihout merchant consent and approvals

our POS is integrated with Swiggy and the orders directly pop up in our system and therefore we process accordingly. We never required to login in the Swiggy portal unless if any new items to be added or price change.
Surprisingly we noticed recently that in our system (Swiggy account) there were few discount offers created which we haven't approved nor we have any information about this offer. The payments weren't matching to our sales and when we explored the backend and we noticed that there is discount offer created and active and therefore all our orders are getting deducted amount and the sales isn't matching.
This issue has happened earlier and we were been contacted by regional sales team and had apologiesed as it was mistake. Now it is same repeated and we would like to escalate this matter and ask for refund the amount that has been waved off as discount. Your earliest response would be highly appreicated and look forward speaking to any of your sales manager ASAP.
