Dear all, i stayed at this hotel for just one day and believe me no one should stay here for an hour. At the time of booking the hotel i called the hotel staff and confirmed all the details, i also asked him that we will check in at 8:00 am do i have to pay anything extra?? He said no sir you just book the hotel and you don't have to pay any extra charges. On the very next day when we reached the hotel at 8:00 am the cunning manager mr. Gajendra told me that you will have to pay 500 rs extra as you are checking in early, so i reminded him about our discussion and then he said "sir, you must have talked with my waiter, he is not authorized to make any commitments" i was shocked this is how they will fool you. At the time of booking they will promise you everything but after booking when you will reach the hotel they will start giving you lessons on "rule book" gajendra was talking like a mafia and he was not ready for any kind of compromise, i also asked him to return my money he said "its not possible" it means everything is possible till the time you have not make the payments but once the payment is done all options are closed.
