Dear Annapoorna Customer Service,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your establishment. My order number was 303, and this incident occurred on September 18th at Rs puram branch
Upon reviewing my bill, I noticed a discrepancy in the items ordered and what was actually billed. The man at the bill counter incorrectly typed my order as 1 Mushroom Masala Dosa and 2 Sambar Vada, when it should have been 2 Mushroom Masala Dosa and 1 Sambar Vada.
After making the payment, I approached the same individual and politely pointed out the error. Unfortunately, the response I received was far from satisfactory. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he accused me of lying and suggested that I had misheard my own order. It's worth noting that he did not repeat my order back to me when I initially placed it.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but it was disheartening to be met with such a response when I was simply trying to correct an error. Customer service is a vital aspect of any business, and I believe that Annapoorna should prioritize recruiting and training staff to treat customers with respect and professionalism.
I kindly request that you investigate this incident and take appropriate measures to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success of Annapoorna.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that my future interactions with your establishment will be more positive and hassle-free. Was this information helpful? |
