Once we checked in at hotel balini, me and my friend decided to take a shower. One noticable disfunction was once the shower was turned on we were unable to close the tap. After calling the receptionist to help fix it they were unable to close the tap. They did not offer us a new room as such and said that it would be fixed. This could have been a severe hazard risk as there were long hair in the drainage which could of led to a flood within the appartment and hazard to any guest staying over. The security guard was called 8am next day who managed to fix it.
Later down the day we were suprised by a visit from the managing director "iniya" and her family who began demanding for a passport for my foreign friend. I had provide my indian driving license and he had provided his british driving license during checkin the night before. I was shocked at the way the manager had began demanding for the passport and her family at the back questioning why my friend did not carry a passport. My foreign friend was showering at this time and i had offered to ask him for a soft copy but the director was demanding for it as a matter o[censored]rgency. I hope oyo look further into this issue as i do not wish this unpleasant experience for anyone. Was this information helpful? |
