I booked the entire hotel Gurukrip (Agarawal Farm, Jaipur) for 88, 000 for marriage on 12-13 December 2018 through OYO in mid July 2018. Hotel owner & OYO confirmed booking over email. After so many follow ups with OYO company for making payment, after a month hotel owner & OYO cancelled the booking saying hotel is getting better price from other party. When i asked for price, they asked for 1, 25, 000 for the same booking. emails attached along with owner details.
Now i have booked another hotel with lesser facilities but at higher cost due to marriage season in december in jaipur
I don't want want refund/compensation. but hotel should not be allowed to make any bookings on 12-13 December. so that their greed to earn more will suffer & do not earn even a single penny. Hopefully, they wont do this behavior with any of the customer again.
