Booking Id:NUZA7083 & made a booking in hotel heera continental at mathura demanded for early check in but hotel manager refused & told me i cant help you.In the morning 5:00am when i reached hotel i have been pass through so much trouble & no accomodation provided to me.Mistakenly at the time of booking i choose check in date 24 th aug 2016 as i thought that for morning 5:00 am the date would be 24th August but it was my mistake i agree but the hotel can do favour for me to provide accomodation as i was ready to pay early check in charges but they didnt do that.
Is this the treatment that Oyo provide to guest.This shows once the payment recieved then NO WORRY NO FACILITY ONLY PAIN & HARESSMENT Was this information helpful? |
