Hi this is a case of overcharge on a mineral water bottle than the mrp printed.
Water bottle is printed with 20 rs but hotel has charged 35 rs which is almost double the mrp. Water bottle images and tax invoice are here with attached for reference. Request you to look into. This is major loop hole in our system.
Also please clarify in case they are authorized too to do so.
