Kindly, remove this hotel from makemytrip list as the hotel has no responsibility on online bookings through makemytrip. We had booked an AC double room and they provide us a Non AC single room. After having a long argument finally they provided us a Non AC double room. They also mentioned that if you want you can change to the hotel of your choice -"at 5 pm, two young ladies alone. "- The manager accused makemytrip for the confusion and inconveniences. They said that they are not liable for any online bookings. Also, the location is not secure especially for ladies. The photos shown in their website is not the one we had seen there, entirely different.

I think you would have received a lot of complaints about this hotel by this time from different customers. So could you please remove this hotel from makemytrip list taking into account of these. Which will help people not to opt this hotel in any case in future. We had such a bad experience over there, we didn't face such situation from any hotels we stayed so far.

Could you please let me know what sort of action you could have taken on behalf of this.
