Hotel Park Puri — rooms

Address: Puri, Swargadwar, Puri, Odisha, 700055

I booked a double room at park puri, swargadwar at rs 2374 per night and constantly asked them that there are 3 adults do they provide a extra bed they said yes they do and when i landed there the room was equal to a single room, where they accomodate d a dressing table and a double bed. There was not a space for extra bed. And more they had charged service charge of 10% and there was no water in the room. When i asked for water the waiter said no service is provided after 10:30pm. My train reached puri at 10 pm then what time they expect me at their hotel. And the behaviour was too rude. Is this what i am paying for?
