Dear sir/madam,
During the period december 30th, 2017 (Check-in time: nearly 5pm) to january 01st, 2018 (Check-out time 11am) i was staying at the hotel rama palace (Room no.- just adjacent to the reception, at the ground floor) in rameswaram along with my family members. Regarding the same, i wish to bring it your notice that the price quoted by the hotel through your site was nearly three times to what exactly it should have been! The amount which i paid to the hotel online (Vide voucher no. Chmm09184210 dated 18/12/17) was rs. 14093/-! The only thing, ok about the hotel was that i could get the sufficient bed space in an ac room with attached washroom, and the bare minimum required facilities only. But so far as the hospitality and ambience was concerned, that was almost 100% missing! I have no way to explain much about the hospitality except that – when i arrived / left the hotel, there was no one to help me out to pick my luggage, the hotel could hardly provide tea/coffee on minimum demand only, the wooden wardrobes were stinking badly from inside.in fact, the manager had almost no concern to the guests! But certainly, i can show you the ambience – please find attached some exclusive photographs of the hotel.
Now, i request you that first of please delist this hotel from your site, since otherwise, such people would only bring a bad name to the hotel booking sites like yours. Secondly, please verify the facts as per the things mentioned by me, and if possible, the hotel may be asked to reimburse me at least rs 8000 /-. Otherwise, since i have the documentary evidences for my case, and also about the relative prices and services being provided by the other hotels of rameswaram, i shall be left with no other choice but to take up this issue at an appropriate platform, and also to share it through the available e-media resources, so that the others don’t fall prey to such hotels and the various hotel booking websites.
