I faced very unethical behavior and very frustrating and unsafe.
I made advance booking with oyo on 21st in Hotel Royal Vij, Amritsar for 23rd dec 2018. when I reached booked hotel they denied my checkin. after discussion also they said do not have rooms and also said they do not have anymore tieup with oyo and send severals email not send booking as they are full which was also a big lie as they had board with oyo booking ( hotel Royal Vij) . We spoke to hotel manager Shubham Vij also who was stuck in same statement as no room . we made several calls to oyo and I only got explain the issue, transfer to management team as do not have special authority, again explain the issue to several managers and put on long hold and got disconnect . Due to unethical behavior from oyo and Hotel Royal Vij we had to make call to Police as well .
Infront of me 2 rooms were vacat but they did not allow us to check even after advance booking. and they said they there personal booking for same rooms with more money so they can not allow us . they showed me under construction rooms also and said i have stay here which was not same as picture shown in oyo rooms .
