Hotel Saravana Bhavan — poor service

Today visited saravana bhavan, navalur for ordering breakfast and ordered idli vada combo (2 idli 1 vada). First they took a long time to deliver, more than 30 minutes and then i took the food and noticed no sambar was given and also a vague looking chutney which was terrible. Overall no value for money and very arrogant attitude

This has happened several times in the past too, they hive off a vague looking kuruma (Possibly leftover) instead of sambar and they have become a bad name for the brand
