Worst experience in India was this hotel.
They are number one fraud & cheater. We agreed with 1400 INR room rent including all charges & they very politely asked me to give them 600 rupee extra so that if we order any meal or any other service, they will deduct the money from here & we won't have to give the room service any extra money and during check out they will give us back the left account. we agreed simply with them but on next day we had train at 6 am, bhopal shatabdi towards agra, so, we checked out at 5:30 am & during check out they just give us back 54 rupees!!! whereas they should have given us back 600 rupees as we didn't order any meal or service !!! they give us a fraud voucher of different taxes & behave very rudely with us :/ Also, as our train was at 6 am, so we had nothing else to do.
we also take their taxi service earlier day but that was another worse experience, they promised to give us an AC taxi, which will be with us till 10:30 pm. But we got a non ac taxi & the taxi driver charged different parking fees extra, the driver then dropped us at red fort at 5:30 pm & left!!!
I don't know where to report against these fraud people in india but my suggestion to everyone that avoid this hotel & report against their fraud activities.

Also, please visit google maps, u will get thousands of complaints against this hotel from different consumers.
they give false papers & charge extra money, I m more than sure they don't pay any bill to government against these false vouchers.
