Updated by prakriti aromatics The product reached me after * days by a Bluedart courier where I paid **** Rs. to courier boy. I asked him if I can cross-check the product and he didn't allow me. He said I cannot open the parcel without paying. I paid and he left.
When I opened the package it was a something which looked like a speaker but nowhere close to JBL Speakers. It was a local electronic device which only looks like a speaker but doesn't work. It doesn't start also. I tried contacting customer care number mentioned on the website but that is also a fake number. The call never goes through. No address is mentioned where I can send back the product. Total fraud. This is cheating big time.
