Hotstar — change of payment method not available

I had subscribed to my hotstar annual plan of Rs.999/- using my friend's credit card. Now I wanted to change the payment method so that I can use my credit card. This option is not available on any of the platforms of Hotstar. Also I cannot cancel the subscription. When I go to My Account page earlier there used to be Cancel Membership option which isn't available now making it mandatory for consumers to keep paying for subscriptions. This is unruly looting. I request Hotstar team to restore the Cancel Membership option as well as enable payment method which is the norm for any modern streaming platform.
