I purchased a smile jamaica em-je041-sb wired headset approximately seven months ago and the headset has suddenly stopped working. It was never dropped or damaged, it just randomly stopped and it just keeps start and stop.

So i raised complaint on 05th june 2020 and product is picked on 13th june 2020 after tracking my shipment it shows "whhandover" and in status of ticket it's showing "product pick up generated for servicing and replacement
Track your product".
It's been 23 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.
