Dear sir,
I vijaya k n here, my vehicle registration number ka -41, a-2656 is had the insurance from reliance general insurance policy (No: [protected]) was commenced from dated: 27.12.2015 to 26.12.2016 which is still live, as i mentioned in the subject this car was met an accident on 04.06.2016 at nearest to bangalore international airport and related to this fir also lodged at devannahalli traffic police station, fir no: 0044/2016 dtd: 04.06.2016.,
After this incident for claiming the insurance the vehicle was handed over to cromo motor mysore road bangalore,
Insurance executive (Mr. Surendra achar) was did the survey against no: [protected] dtd: 13.06.2016,
I had logged the complaint through customer care with the request number : 16363475, after that i received the call from reliance general insurance office about the policy which i hold is no more continued with them due inactive of the policy.
No one informed us about the non receipt of the payment related this policy.
During the renewing the policy i was made the payment in the mode of cash to mr. Madhu h r (Not cheque mode), mr. Madhu was renewed the policy with using the id 14a1746/h narasimhamurthy, (Now if we enquiry with rgi rajajinagar office cheqe was in the name of preethi which i do not know) after i got the original policy from rgi no one informed me about non receipt of the payment related this policy,
During claim time only we came to know paid amount rs.21450 is misused by mr. Madhu. From past 4years he had the policy renewing by him only and policy bond given by the same person only.
Many times i was noticed with visiting to you office, so you are requested to take necessary action on this and do the needful.
I would like to inform you that vehicle survey (Against no: [protected]) happened on dtd: 13.06.2016 but till date nobody taken any action to clearing this issue,
Please let know the exact date of claim,
I hope you will support to your customer in ethical way which can help to me for claim. If you fail to reply to this letter within 7 days we will be preceded legally against the rgi.
After so many reminders rgi reinstated the policy but for claim they are not correct calculation, even i raised the quarry to company ceo then also no impact in case.
Nasty guys are working in this org...
