June and subsequently call on your Customercare numbers and no one is there is
pick up the call and also called on stores numbers and people just pushing me
to other contacts and the person whom referred is not picking the call.
By god grace I could locate your
customer care person over phone and asking her for help and register a
compliant to process the issue. she is reluctant to register and asking me to
go to Stores and pay amount then your Mumbai go-down will send material for
replacement? Is this the practice?
Customer who is visiting your
shop/ buying goods has to wait for your mercy on service part? What does it
mean by Customer Care? I have asked her to register a compliant and told her
that I’ll pay money once the replacement is done but she refused to do so. Is
this the customer care/ satisfaction.
This particular sofa I could not
able use due to loss of primary function which you have sold to me few months
ago.
I would like to understand the
stand of houseful team in this case and would love to hear from houseful
management

Dear Sir,
I have taken Sofaset 3+1+1 against HDC No.
1019/2013/3194 dated 28th Nov 2013 from your Aundh Shop. The product has come
to our house and person has come and fitted pastic legs on the sofa and make it
ready to use.
Then there itself I told him after seeing plastic parts
these will no withstand for longer period.
Today within 5months each one of the leg started broking.
Now one of the single seating sofa legs started broking leaving only one
leftout. I have informed to your aundh office over phone but no physical
complaint registered.
I don’t have any option I moved to new location in 25th
May 2014 and not getting time to visit your aundh show room. I’m so
frustrated with this and decided to register in compliant in online. While
searching I could get your email.
I’m sending this as a last hope for your support by
replacing all three legs at the earliest.
