[Resolved] Housefull — NO REPLACEMENT PROVIDED FOR FUNGUS PROBLEM

There was fungus problem in my wooden cot, wardrobe and side table during the 1st period of warranty. I faced this problem twice in the warranty period. When it came for the 2nd time, I demanded to provide replacement but they told this time we will go for chemical solution and if it repeats again we will surely give replacement. This was committed by Housefull representative via e-mail. Now I am facing the same problem and when I asked for replacement, they told it can only be serviced.
I am totally unhappy with the service provided by Housefull.
