Project not executed and refund denied.
After agreeing to the quote and paying 50% of the amount in advance 1.2L, no work has been executed for the amount.
Our existing functional bathroom which was assigned for renovation has been demolished and left useless. The existing pipelines have been removed and has been made non functional.
After that, no one from housejoy has turned up. We were told from the project coordinator a new vendor would be assigned and then a new quote was provided for approval which was double the existing quote.
On asking for refund as we did not want to approve the new quotation for the same work agreed earlier, we asked the team to refund our amount which is being denied.
We do not have any customer support number or support ticket number provided and being they are refusing to refund our money.
Would like a refund for the grievance caused and raise a consumer complaint for refusing to refund our money. Was this information helpful? |
