This is to inform you that i am residing at "a" type "a" wing 401 ranuja ramdev park, indralok phase iv, my brother (I am the joint owner) has given a flat on rental in the same building i. E "b" type "a" wing 201. We are parking our vehicle in the premises and our previous tenant was not having any vehicle but than to "b" type society (Specially chairman) mr. Saajan chauhan residing contact no.[protected] at "b" type "b" wing 6th floor 601 is charging parking amount more than they charge to the permanent members (Owner of the flat) of the society, saying that your vehicle will charged as per the amount fixed for the tenant vehicle (Rental flat).
In reply to that i have issue the letter mentioning, i am staying in the same building called ranuja ramdev park where in lay out plan (Lop) is the same than why they are charging my vehicle as per the tenant vehicle as it is member rights to park the vehicle into the premises. Even secretary is not ready to support on this his no. Is [protected]
In addition to this our chairman mr. Saajan chauhan is denying to give the acknowledgement of the letter which i had replied to them against their letter dated 29/01/2018, he commented via phone that i will not going to give any acknowledgement for the same (Conversation was made on
31/01/2018 at 10:12 pm upto 9 minutes 24 second).
Also mr. Saajan chauhan is using two parking for his vehicle which is against the bye laws and for that he does not have any register document for the same nor society has issue him such parking in agm. If any one opposed for that he strait away says that do what ever you want to,
This is my parking and no body else can use this.
I feel this is completely illegal where in the chairman of the society is breaking all the rules as mentioned in the society bye - laws.
I request you to take the necessary action against him to avoid any such illegal things happening in the co-operative housing society. Was this information helpful? |
