Dear Hoya Management and Team I am a regular customer of Bon Ton, 13, Janpath, New Delhi and buy my specs with Hoya Lenses on 8th Jan 2018 and started facing difficulties right from first few days of wearing this and I complained to Bon-Ton but they took it lightly but again complaining they listen to my request and admit the less are faulty and they suggested me to buy a new pair of lenses so they can get old lenses replaced from Hoya. Cost I pay for Lenses only is Rs. 42790-00. I have only this pair of specs with me now. Can you please advise this is the way HOYA is working ?? Shall I need to pay two times for your mistake and suffer from last 6 months ??
I immidietly need refund of total amount of lenses and frame I paid for.
