It has been more than 5 months since my gmail account got hacked, and hence I'm not able to get the verification code and because of that I'm not able to login to my game, I have filled the hoyo pass form two times, they said it'll take only 20 days but it has been over a month and now i have emailed them almost 10 times, now they just doesn't reply, they ignoring my emails.
