[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Delay in refill and non responsive staff

It’s been 2 months since i got my consumer id transferred to ranauque hp gas gramin vitrak agency from a hp gas agency in marauna. Since then i have booked the cylinder 2 times the first time he kept delaying it again and again i had to call him multiple times to deliver my refill gas cylinder and after almost calling him for everyday continue for 2 weeks he delivered my cylinder around 18-20 days later. Then this time again i have booked my cylinder 2 weeks back and he is again doing the same thing i even talked to him directly on the agency on why he’s doing this he put all the blame on the driver saying he’s not listening to him. But 3-4 days back he had blocked my number. That is how he’s behaving with his customer. His mobile number is [protected]
