I have a Hp ink tank printer 316 which was in working condition and only the Black button was not working and I couldn't use it for photocopy. I registered case no. [protected] on 1st march 2023. After that the quotation of the amount rs, 767 was sent by Orarega ( Hp Service Branch )for a service charge and I paid it.
Orarega. sent a service engineer to my shop and he opened the printer which was in running condition except black button which was not working.
What did he do in the printer which is totally dead and i am unable to take service of print out or color xerox at present from my printer.
Now the Hp demanding full charge of 3449 rs. to fix my printer but I said them that return my printer in the earlier condition where the color xerox button and printout (both color and black & white) were working and the service engineer assured me to fix my computer in earlier condition. (Copy attached).
he is not paying any heed and is rigid in their point that you have to pay full payment then I will go to fix the printer again but i can't afford this big amount 3449. He neither agrees to compromise nor down the quotation amount.
Why not they say to their customer before giving service that if any additional fault due to their own mistake during service then the cost will bear the customer?
So I request to hp that they will fix my printer in previous condition where my printer was running except only black button issue.
