I would like to express my disappointment from unsatisfactory level of service from HP. This is not what I expected at all, unfortunately that was not the case. My complaint is pending for almost a month in-spite of few follow-ups. I already escalated this case to HP but to no avail. Refurbished parts were supplied which I denied. Many parts are not available in India. Parts delivery also takes more than 10 days.
- I bought all in one desktop_Pavilion 20 almost 3 years ago which is still under warranty. PC is completely down because of poor service and due to lack of technical competency. I logged the complaint "PC not switching ON" on 21st Dec. Service Partner iQor technician attended this call on 24th Dec. Mainboard was replaced. Issue was resolved by replacing the Mainboard but new issue of pink display has developed which was not there earlier. I was informed by the technician to replace the hard disk. To avoid further delay due to part delivery, I bought the new SATA 500 GB hard disk. In the new hard disk also, I was getting the pink display in BIOS.
- I again logged the complaint for LCD issue. Same technician again visited on 13th Jan. He replaced the LCD. Issue remains even after replacing the LCD. While replacing the LCD, 2 plastic locks broken by him due to negligence.
- After replacing the mainboard, my primary complaint has been resolved but 2 additional complaints (LCD and Plastic locks) have been developed by technician while servicing. Issue would have been resolved on the same day which has not been resolved yet. It surprises me that such unfortunate incident has happened. Such incidents will surely leads to customer dissatisfaction and distrust.

Thanks for your mail. I already spoke to Delivery manager but to no avail. Damaged was happened by Iqor technician. Technician visited with refurbished parts which I denied. In addition, parts are not available. I will not accept standby parts. I requested for unit level replacement which has been rejected. Complaint has been pending for 50 days. Very poor service and negligence from HP. Will never buy/recommended HP products.
