I purchased a hp laptop bearing serial no: 5cd5154hbb and date of purchase: 07/11/15 with reference to registration under hp’s new year offer and submission of claim documents for additional 2 years warranty. I have been informed by e-mail dated dec. That your redemption claim no 90079560. So i sent dd and other documents to hp redemption cell, solutions integrated 110044. But till now on claim status page it is showing remark dear reliance ratail ltd. Ambiance mall, vasant kunj shop no-231, s-232, s-233 2nd floor, nelson mandela marg new delhi 110047–, we have received online registraion pls send complete claim documents as stated in terms & conditions to redemption cell within due date.
