Hp Support — poor service under warranty

I have one all in desktop of hp pavillion sr. No.: 8cc80201l7. The product is under warranty and i registered a complaint for replacement of the keyboard on 17th sept 2019. I find the support service is very poor and it was an herculine task to get my case no. [protected] regitered with the support. But thereafter the real problem start at the actual service centre which is difficult to be contacted. If you are lucky to contact then also no use since he will not know anything about what is to be done. He informs he has not received any replacement product from hp support. Thus i am just going round and round and passing time. You write their service head. Then you will get a standard message stating they are looking into the case on priority. But the concerned appears to be an illiterate not knowing what was written on the mail and meaning of priority. Overall one should never buy any product from this company since the after sales service is not there and they just fool customers making them very difficult to contact them by providing robots for chat. Of course robots are better than their illiterate service personnel who talks only english or hindi and do nothing physically to get the problem resolved.
