Worst experience here. They changed my laptop battery with the old one and claimed that it was new. Within a month it swallowed and stopped working. Earlier they were saying it has 6 months warranty and now they are saying it is not our responsibility. I think this is the worst HP service center I have found. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.
